Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh salmon diced
- 1/2 lb smoked salmon, diced
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup shallots
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Put salmon in bowl. Add lime juice and shallots and rest of ingredients to bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve on toasted pumpernickel wedges.
