Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 12 slices soprasata salami
  • 6 oz shredded gruyere cheese
  • egg wash

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat 450*

Roll out puff pastry until thin and place on lined cookie sheet. Brush on mustard leaving an edge all around. Lay out salami and cover with cheese. Seal edges of puff pastry with egg wash. Roll out other sheet of pastry. Cover over the cheese and salami and slice slits on top. Brush with egg wash. Chill for 30 minutes. Slice around the edges for a clean look.

Rest for 20 to 25 minutes. Slice into squares and serve.
