Ingredients

• Mix:
• one third onion powder
• one third McCormick grill mates montreal steak seasoning
• Double pinch of red chili powder
• Double pinch of coumin
• one third meat tendorizer
• one third Oregano
• double pinch lemon pepper
• Italian Dressing
• Steak
• serving Mix:
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tsp bullion
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp oregano

Preparation

Step 1

Pour Italian dressing in a sauce pan, Sprinkle dry mix on steak 1/8 inch thick. Flip steak and repeat, doing this for each steak to cook. While steak is cooking prepare serving mix as stated in ingredients.

Nuke mix for one minute then stir and nuke for an additional minute before serving.

Steaks are served in juice when ready.
