Ingredients
- 2 medium apples
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 oz (20 g) walnut kernels (coarsely ground)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 small lemon or 1/4 large lemon (squeezed)
- 1 small bunch parsley (shredded)

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Dice the apples.
Mix honey and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Put the apples, carrot and walnut kernels in a medium-sized salad dish.
Add parsley and dress the salad with honey and lemon.
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients to coat them with honey-lemon dressing.
