  • 2 lb. venison steak
  • Salt and pepper
  • Flour
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 can beef broth
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Salt and pepper steak and dredge in flour. Place meat in roasting pan and top with onions. Sprinkle with garlic powder and worcestershire sauce. Pour in beef broth Cover and bake 1 hour or until meat is tender. Remove meat to platter and keep warm in oven. Add yogurt to drippings in pan and blend. Add mushrooms and simmer 10 minutes. Pour over meat.
