  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cup whole fat yogurt

Step 1

Mix it all up with a mixer until it forms a ball. Cover and let sit on the counter 24 hrs for the grains to soak.

Preheat oven to 450.

Roll out until about an 1/8th of an inch thickness. Then cut them into the size and shape you want.

Brush with butter or coconut oil and a little salt or whatever spice you wish. Prick them with a fork to prevent poofing up.

Bake at 450 for 6-7 minutes.
