- 3/4 – 1 lb. salmon fillets ($4.99)
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp minced onion ($.05)
- 1 tsp minced garlic ($.05)
- Salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Place salmon fillet skin side down in glass baking dish. Sprinkle black pepper, minced onion and garlic and a few pinchfuls of salt over fillet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
