- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat eggs, stir in milk, pumpkin, and butter. Stir in remaining ingredients all at once just until. Flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon sugar over batter in each cup if desired. Bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
