Ingredients
- Oil
- 1 1/2 green peppers cut into cubes
- 1/4 of large onion sliced
- 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 4 chicken breast cut into cubes
- 1 can of 29 oz whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 can of tomatoes paste
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Black pepper
- Some red pepper
- Oregano
- 3 to 4 cloves of garlic in slivers
- Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil add green peppers and onion (do not over cook) remove peppers set aside. Take mushrooms and slice sauté in same pan. When slightly brown remove and set with peppers. Slice garlic and add with chicken to pan and brown. Turn heat up and pour wine in and stir together and then lower heat. Simmer and then add tomatoes with juice and paste. Then add peppers, mushrooms and seasoning. Simmer all together and stir occasionally. Takes bout 25 minutes to simmer. Serve over rice or noodles.
