Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tbs. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 tbs. parmesan, shredded
- 8 cups chopped romaine
- parmesan shavings

Preparation
Step 1
Mash garlic with salt using the side of a knife blade to make a paste. Set aside.
Combine next 6 items in a alrge bowl. Whisk in oil, shredded parmesan, and garlic paste.
Add romaine to bowl and toss to coat. Garnish with parmesan shavings. Makes 8 cups.
