• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• a tsp. anchovy paste
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 2 tsp. dijon mustard
• 1 tsp. chopped garlic
• 1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
