Ingredients

  • 24 large pitted whole dates
  • 1/4 soft fresh room temperature goat cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375*

Using a small knife, make a small lengthwise slit in each date. Stuff with about 1/2 teaspoon of goat cheese into the cavity left by each pit. Arrange dates with goat cheese side facing up, in an oven casserole dish.

Bake the dates until warmed through, 10 to 12 minutes and then serve them on a pretty platter.
