Ingredients

  • 1 cup. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup. yellow cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs. sesame seeds, toasted
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1/2 cup. skim milk
  • 1 Tbs. vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Combine milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface; roll to an
8-inch square. Using a pizza cutter or pastry wheel, cut dough into 4 (4-inch) squares, and cut each square into
8 (1/2-inch-wide) strips. Arrange strips on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 375* for 20 mins. or until crisp. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
