Chicken Caesar Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) bottle Caesar dressing, divided
- 2 skinned and boned chicken breast halves, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen sugar snap peas
- 1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced (see Note)
- 1 cup torn fresh spinach
- 8 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked

Preparation
Step 1
Heat 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and saute 4 to 5 minutes or until almost done.
Add green onions, peas, and carrot; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until carrot is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Add spinach; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until wilted, stirring occasionally. Toss with pasta, and serve with remaining Caesar dressing.
Notes:
Shredded carrots are readily available prepackaged in produce department of your supermarket. Feel free to substitute 1 cup of shredded carrots for 1 whole carrot. Just add quicker cooking shredded carrots with spinach instead of with green onions and peas.
