Preparation

Step 1

Fill water tank with water.

Arrange the wings in steamer basket.

Cover steamer and set timer to 10 minutes.

When steaming is complete, remove wings and pat dry using paper towels.

Spread wings out on a cooling rack over paper towels set on a 1/2 sheet pan.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Replace paper towels with parchment paper underneath the cooling rack.

Roast on the middle rack of the oven for 20 minutes.

Turn wings over and roast for an additional 20 minutes or until wings are cooked through and golden brown.

While wings are roasting, microwave the butter and garlic in a small microwave-safe bowl until butter is melted.

Pour butter mixture and remaining ingredients into a bowl large enough to hold all of the chicken wings; stir to combine.

Remove the wings from the oven then transfer to the bowl.

Toss well until coated and serve immediately.
