Two of nature’s most beloved ingredients combine to make this delicious Strawberry Honey Jam.

This amazing sauce is simple to make, tastes absolutely amazing and just needs a little muscle to pull it together.

A healthier version of carrot cake with whole wheat flour, maple syrup and less sugar.

Banana Pudding Milkshakes

Easy to make—actually a little too easy to make, and so easy going down!

Here’s my take on chicken tortilla soup. The base is a quick stock made from the bones of leftover grilled chicken, and I use some canned ingredients to make the prep a snap. If you like chicken tortilla soup, I highly recommend that you give this a try. It’s a spicy, rich and slightly smoky twist on the traditional version.

Indian-Spiced Cream of Tomato Soup with Whole Wheat Couscous

This version of tomato soup is more flavorful than most, with garlic, ginger and Indian spices. The protein is bumped up with the addition of chickpeas. And thanks to whole wheat couscous it’s also a good source of healthy grains.

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Whisk together hot sauce and ricotta cheese. Fold in shredded chicken, celery, onion and 1/4 cup of blue cheese. Transfer mixture into a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with remaining blue cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Banana Pudding Milkshakes

A Thai salad hearty enough to fill the biggest of appetites. Makes a great weeknight dinner, too! Simply toss and dress, doesn't get easier than that.
