Step 1
In a tin foil pouch cut two garlic heads in half, top with olive oil, i spring thyme, slat, pepper and one tbsp water and wrap and bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes. When done, squeeze out flesh into blender along with 1 jumbo egg yolk, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper and blend, then pour in 1/2 c EVOO to emulsifies. Then fold in 1/4 c sour cream. I TRIED THIS 4/24/12, NEEDED EXTRA SALT AND PEPPER, IT WAS GOOD BUT NO ONE ELSE LIKED IT.
