Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 TBSP vanilla sugar or white sugar
- 1/4 cup (packed) plus 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 9x13 pan and set aside. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugars, vanilla until fluffy. Add the egg and mix. Blend the flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Spread evenly in the pan. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Bake for 3 minutes. Remove from the oven and run a knife through the Blondies in a zig-zag pattern to make a nice marble swirl. Return to the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes. Let cool then cut into squares.
