- 8 oz rigatoni or penne pasta
- 1 (16 oz) jar salsa ((or olive oil??))
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 small onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Cook pasta
Mix cooked pasta with other ingredients.
