Ingredients
- servings:
- 2 cups chopped,cooked chicken
- 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup flour
- 2 ts baking powder
- 1 ts salt
- 1/2 ts pepper
- 1/2 cup margarine(melted)
- 1 cup milk
- note:When making a double batch, I've found that you really can't double everything. Here's what works for me.
- 4 cups chicken
- 2 cups broth
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3 ts bk powder
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts pepper
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F
1- Mix chicken, soup, and broth in medium mixing bowl. Pour into 7x10in casserole dish.(use 9x13 for double)
2- Combine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Stir in milk and melted margarine. Pour batter over chicken, don't worry about how it looks, as it bakes the crust will start to form.
3- Bake for 30 minutes.
