- Lean Vegetarian Vegetable Soup
- Can Mixed Carrots & Peas

Preparation
Step 1
1) cut bacon into small pieces and fry. Drain the fat and keep aside in a separate dish.
2) In pot, put potatoes (over half a pot) salt, pepper, onion powder, parsley flakes and bacon.
3) In frying pan, warm half (or more) of bacon fat and 2 or 3 slices of butter until melted and combined. Add big spoonful (or more) of flour. This is a thickening agent for the soup. Everything should be medium brown, dark brown is burnt.
4) When done, mix everything in a pot with lean vegetarian vegetable soup and 1 can of mixed carrots and peas.
