Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and slowly add sugar. Cream until light and fluffy. Add egg, and pumpkin, mix well. Combine dry ingredients except nuts, and raisins. Combine dry and wet ingredients then add raisins and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
