  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/2 bunch dill
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) low fat sour cream
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes into thin semi-circles and put in a medium-sized salad dish.
Dice the apple and send to the salad dish as well.
Shred the dill and parsley and season the salad.
Add the sour cream, salt and sugar.
Now mix all the ingredients well to coat them with sour cream.
