Ingredients

  • 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 cups corn chips
  • 4 oz. Velveeta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (I used Mexican)
  • shredded lettuce
  • tomatoes, diced

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat with onions in large skillet. Add water and seasoning mix. Cook as directed on package. Cover meat mixture with chips and Velveeta. Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, and plenty of salsa. Delicious!
