Ingredients
- tilapia filets
- milk
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- fresh lemon
- mayonaise
- dill

Preparation
Step 1
Dredge filets in a little milk. Roll in flour with a little salt and pepper mixed in. Heat olive oil and butter in frying pan over medium/high heat. When nice and hot, fry fish for a few minutes on each side. Doesn’t take long at all. For sauce, mix together about 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tsp. of dill, and a wedge of lemon. Squeeze a little lemon on fish and serve with your favorite sides.
