Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Peanut butter and chocolate make these cookie bars one of my family's favorite desserts!

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup butter, softened to room temperature
• 3 Tablespoons milk
• 1 large egg
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix flour, brown sugar, peanut butter, milk, egg, vanilla, salt and baking soda together in a bowl until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread into prepared baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
