Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen berry blend
- 1 3/4 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
- 2 TBS ground flax seed
- 2 medjol dates, pitted
- 2 cups gluten-free oats
- 1 TBS vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation
Step 1
Combine frozen berries, non-dairy milk, flax seed, and dates in a Vita-Mix or other high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Mix oats, fruit mixture, vanilla and raisins together.
Cover and chill overnight.
Top with fresh fruit, nuts, and/or seeds.
