Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen berry blend
  • 1 3/4 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
  • 2 TBS ground flax seed
  • 2 medjol dates, pitted
  • 2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1 TBS vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Combine frozen berries, non-dairy milk, flax seed, and dates in a Vita-Mix or other high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Mix oats, fruit mixture, vanilla and raisins together.
Cover and chill overnight.
Top with fresh fruit, nuts, and/or seeds.
