- 3 1/2 Tbsps Butter
- 3 1/2 Tbsps Flour, all-purpose
- 2 C Water, hot
- 1 Tbsp Minor's Beef Base

Step 1
In a sauce pot, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the water and the beef base, stirring well with a whisk. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
