Chocolate Chip Cookies - my recipe

Ingredients

• 1 c butter, room temp
• 3/4 c packed brown sugar
• 1/2 c granulated sugar
• 2 t vanilla
• 1 egg
• 2 1/4 c AP flour
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 t baking soda
• 2 cups choc chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and soda. Set aside.

Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg. Beat well.

Add dry ingredients to mixture, mix to combine.

Add choc chips

Roll a heaping tablespoon into a ball and place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes
