Ingredients
- 2 c boiling water
- 1 c sun dried tomatoes without oil (about 3 oz)
- 1/2 c kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 T basil, dried or fresh
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 T olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine boiling water and tomatoes. Cover and let stand 15 min.
Drain tomatoes over colander, RESERVING 3/4 c of juice.
Combine all ingredients but oil in food processor.
Drizzle oil over prepared tapanade
