Ingredients

  • 2 c boiling water
  • 1 c sun dried tomatoes without oil (about 3 oz)
  • 1/2 c kalamata olives, pitted
  • 2 T basil, dried or fresh
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 T olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine boiling water and tomatoes. Cover and let stand 15 min.

Drain tomatoes over colander, RESERVING 3/4 c of juice.

Combine all ingredients but oil in food processor.

Drizzle oil over prepared tapanade
