Ingredients

  • 2 9 oz. package refrigerated cheese filled ravioli (Can also use cheese and spinach)
  • 1 pound grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. In a large skillet, cook ground meat, onion, and garlic over medium heat until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, soup, basil, and oregano. Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain. Gently stir in cooked ravioli into beef mixture. Transfer mixture to an ungreased 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until heated through.
