Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole wheat fettuccine
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Hidden Valley Original Ranch Light dressing
- 1/2 cup fat-free half & half
- 1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese
- 3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" chunks

Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; during last 4 minutes add broccoli, drain when done.
2. While pasta is cooking, mix next four ingredients together until creamy; set aside.
3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown. Add pasta and broccoli to chicken. Stir in sauce mixture and heat through. Sprinkle with pepper if desired.
