Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 8 ounces of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Place liners in muffin tins. In the bowl of mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, sour cream and milk. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. On low speed, add the flour mixture to the batter and beat until just mixed. Fold in the blueberries. Scoop batter into muffin tins, filling each just over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned.
