Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, fried crisp
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can chicken broth + 1/2 can water
- 3 large potatoes, potatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cans cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 4 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon in large dutch oven. Remove from pan and sauté onion in drippings.
Add potatoes, chicken broth and water, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Add corn and milk and cheese.
Simmer until cheese is melted. Garnish with bacon.
