Ingredients

  • 1 pkg angel food cake mix( or use ready made cake)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 C powdered sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3-4 lg butterfinger candy bars, crushed
  • 8 oz whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare the cake & bake according to pkg directions.
Let cool.
Cut into bite size pieces & set aside. Cream butter & powdered sugar together.
Add one yolk at a time, beating after each addition with an electric mixer.
Add vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping.
In a large glass serving bowl layer 1/3 of the whipped topping mixture.
Sprinkle with 1/3 of the butterfinger bits.
Repeat layers 2 more times, ending with butterfinger bits.
Chill before serving
