Ingredients
- 1 pk Duncan Hines butter recipe golden cake
- 3/4 C apricot nectar
- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz soft cream cheese
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 t lemon juice
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs & butter.
Add cake mix & nectar.
Beat 4 mins, pour into greased & floured tube or bundt pan.
Cream together: cream cheese, 1/2 C sugar & lemon juice.
Spread on top of cake batter with a fork.
Bake at 350* for 1 hr.
Sprinkle cooled cake with 10x sugar.
