Ingredients
- 8 oz. lasagne uncooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 3/4 c. ricotta cheese
- 2 c. shred. cheese
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 parsley
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
brown meat. add spaghetti sauce and water. simmer 10 min. in lg. bowl mix ricotta, 1/2 cheese, parmesan, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. pour 1 c. sauce on bottom of pan. 3 noodles. 1 c. sauce. 1/2 cheese filling. repeat. top lasagne with rest of sauce. sprinkle with left over cheese
