Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 12 ounces beer
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon BBQ dry rub
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together, and "mop" the brisket (or ribs) every hour or so. Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
