  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 1 1 Tbsp (15 ml) cocoa powder
  • 1 1 1 Tbsp (15 ml) peanut butter
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice flaked sea salt, for sprinkling
  • 2 2 1 Tbsp (30 ml) protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp (15 ml) ground flax, if desired
