Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1 TBSP. unflavored gelatin or 1 pkt,
- 2/3 cups boiling water and stir until dissolved....
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup Davinci Praline flavored SF Syrup (or other flavor)
- 15 drops of English Toffee Stevia (or other flavor)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Step 1
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and allow to soften for 10 min. Then add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Place all remaining ingredients in the blender and add the gelatin. Blend well and pour into a glass bowl. Top with nutmeg and chill for a few hours until set. Scoop cheesecake into serving dish and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle on a few chopped nuts and a bit more nutmeg
