- 2 1/2 lbs. baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- salt
- black pepper
- paprika

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Cook potato in boiling, salted water to cover for 15 minutes or until tender; drain. Mash potaotes in a large bowl. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, garlic salt, salt and pepper, stirring until well blended.
Spoon mixture into a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
This recipe may be served just after mixing ingredients spoon warm potato mixture into a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
