- tube pizza dough
- cornmeal (for baking sheet)
- 2 red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons rosemary leaves
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F. Shape the pizza dough into a large oval; place on a cornmeal dusted baking sheet. In a large bowl, toss red potatoes, garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Scater evenly over the dough and bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
