Ingredients

  • cup lowfat milk

  • ½

    cup liquid egg substitute

  • cup sugar

  • 1

    tsp vanilla extract

  • tsp salt

  • tsp ground nutmeg

  • 6

    piece cinnamon raisin bread

  • 1

    tbsp margarine

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a medium size bowl, mix together milk, egg substitute, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Add the bread slices to the mixture, and mix until moistened. 3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners. 4. Place a spoonful of prepared bread mixture into each muffin cup. Evenly drizzle melted margarine over each muffin cup and place in oven. 5.
