1/2 C Chocolate Chips,
Semi or Dark
3 Tbsp. Heavy Cream

Step 1

Excellent for Chocolate covered Strawberries.

Melt chips in small saucepan with the
cream.
When all is melted and combined,
dip strawberries in ganache.
