- 2 cups. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbs. freeze-dried chives
- 1 Tbs. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
- 2 Tbs. margarine, melted
- cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Combine milk, sour cream, and margarine; stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Drop batter by heaping Tbs. onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 450* for 11 mins. or until golden.
