Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2/3 c. margarine
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1-1/4 c. flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- FROSTING
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 2 T. cream
- 1/2 t. peppermint extract
- GLAZE
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 4 T. butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cocoa, margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla well. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.
Prepare frosting by creaming all ingredients together. Tint with green food coloring. Frost. Refrigerate.
Prepare glaze by melting chocolate and butter. Spread over cold frosted bars. Refrigerate.
