Ingredients
- 3 pints whipping cream / 2pints 1/2 & 1/2 fat free
- 6 eggs
- 1 - 1 1/2 c sugar / 1 cup
- 2 quarts milk / skim
- 2 1/2 c bourbon
- 1/2 cup rum
- Real Eggnog
- 6 eggs separated
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup light rum
- 3/4 cup bourbon
- 1 quart milk

Preparation
Step 1
Whip cream, set aside
Separate eggs
Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside
Beat egg yolks with sugar in regular mixing bowl
Add milk
While mixing, pour in bourbon and rum slowly
In a separate container, add egg whites and whipped cream
Whisk in mixer contents.
Real Eggnog
Whip egg whites, set aside
Whip cream, set aside
Place egg yolks in large bowl and add sugar while beating slowly until creamy
Add rum and bourbon, beat 1 minute more
Add milk and beat
Fold in whipped cream and beaten egg whites
Beat gently at slow speed until egg whites are broken up and mixture is still foamy
Garnish with grated nutmeg and a sprig of mint
