Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken drumsticks
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
In a large nonstick skillet, brown drumsticks in butter, turning frequently to brown evenly.
Season with salt and pepper, then add rest of ingredients, stirring gently to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover skillet.
Cook for 25-35 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked and carrots are tender.
