Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 28 ounce jar spaghetti sauce (3 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 3/4 cup ricotta cheese (15 ounce)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounce)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 9 pieces lasagne, uncooked (8 ounces)

Step 1
Oven 350 degrees. Brown meat. Add sauce and water and simmer 10 minutes. Stir together ricotta cheese, 1/2 mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. In a 13 by 9 inch baking dish pour 1 cup sauce mixture in bottom of pan. Arrange 3 uncooked pasta lengthwise over sauce. Pour 1 cup sauce, spread 1/2 of cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers. Top with layer of lasagne and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil; bake additional 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
